October Mindful Leadership Course (4 weeks)

Meditation is proven to improve focus and productivity, and decrease stress and anxiety - among many other benefitsª. But, such results only come when you meditate regularly. Yet, meditating *regularly* is the challenge most people face. 

This 4-week course is designed for professionals (especially those skeptical of practices like meditation, but still want the benefits), to help you build a regular, daily practice. It also teaches how to use your practice to be a better leader and manager: a better listener, a better negotiator, a better problem solver, and a better sales person. In addition, it teaches proper form, what to do when your practice is challenged (you're tired, your mind is racing, your practice has waned, etc), as well as the science and history of meditation.

This intimate (12 person max) course for leaders is designed for everyone from beginners, to those who may have used an app, to those with an existing practice who want tools and support to support or improve a daily practice, or to learn better form and how to extend the practice beyond the mat.  

NOTE: This is a four-week course. It run one hour each Monday, 6:30-7:30pm (i.e., 4 hours over 4 weeks). Please mark your calendar for ALL FOUR consecutive Mondays from the start date, as eventbrite will not.

Classes are small and take place in the heart of Manhattan, close to Union Square, Chelsea & Flatiron.
